This notice describes how the personal data of users who visit this website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable national legislation.

This website is purely informational. It contains no contact forms, restricted areas, booking or payment systems, and does not directly collect any personal data that users provide voluntarily.
Navigation data. The IT systems that operate the site acquire, in the course of their normal functioning, certain data whose transmission is inherent in the use of internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access, pages visited). This data is processed on the Controller's behalf by the hosting provider Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) solely for the purposes of the site's security and technical diagnostics, and is not used to identify users. Netlify is a US-based provider: this processing may involve a transfer of data to a third country, carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
This website does not use profiling cookies, nor any statistical analytics or marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Any technical cookies, where present, are necessary for the operation of the site and do not require the user's consent.
Fonts. The fonts used are hosted directly on the site (not loaded from external services): displaying them does not involve any connection to third-party providers or the transmission of data to them.
Links to WhatsApp and telephone. The contact buttons link to the WhatsApp application (Meta Platforms) or the device's phone app. Any resulting communication takes place outside this website and is subject to the respective privacy policies.
Navigation data is processed to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website, on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Navigation data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes indicated, in accordance with the policies of the hosting provider Netlify (Netlify, Inc.).
The data is not made publicly available. It may be processed by the technical hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.), acting as data processor, and disclosed to the competent authorities in compliance with legal obligations.
Users may exercise at any time the rights provided for under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by contacting the Controller using the details given in section 1. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
The Controller reserves the right to update this notice. Any changes will be published on this page, indicating the date of update.
